Don’t want to make a complicated cake or bread recipe? This healthy and supereasy bananabread is ready in no time! All the ingredients in a blender, stir and done. Easy as that!

This recipe is easy, but that doesn’t mean it’s less tasty. The cinnamon and oats are giving this cake a rich flavor. It’s rich in good carbs which gives you energy and a saturated feeling. So this cake/ bread is perfect for breakfast. And… you do not taste it, but there’s a veggie hidden in this cake. That means extra vitamins!

Cut the cake in portions and freeze them, so you don’t have to eat it in one time. Out of the freezer, in de microwave and ready is your breakfast or snack.

INGREDIENTS
10 portions

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 zucchine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbs cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 fresh dates
  • 200 gr oats
  • 50 gr flax seeds

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Soak the dates in hot water for a few minutes.

Put all the ingredients (except the oats, flax seeds and baking powder) in a blender or mix smooth with a hand mixer. Then stir in the oats, flax seeds and baking powder. Line the cake tin with baking paper and pour in the batter. 50 Minutes in the oven, let it cool and ready!
